Below is the Refund Policy of FBS Healthcare products which has been purchased from our official website. Please read the folowings carefully.

1.Damages and Issues:   Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the outer packaging from the delivery partner. If you notice any defects, damages, or tampered packaging, then please do not accept the item at the time of delivery.

2.Exchanges :   Please place your order carefully, as there is no exchange policy for the products once sold. If you want to order the another item and you mistakenly ordered the wrong one then please contact us the given contact information below to change the product before dispatch. Order once dispatched , then no query will be entertained.

3.Order Cancellation:  Full cancellation is permitted, but please note that partial order cancellation is not allowed. To request a cancellation, contact our customer care helpline before the dispatch of the order. Order once dispatched , then you can refuse the delivery in order to cancel the order but in that case customer has to bear the shipping charges incurred by the company. Customer has to bear the shipping charges if he/she wants to cancel the order.

4.Refunds   Upon receiving your cancellation request and if it qualifies our guidelines then the refund will be issued to your original payment source within 24 hours after the refund request is approved.
